The subconscious mind is tricky. It’s the most powerful tool we have to create our reality— in fact in a way it holds together our reality on a daily basis.
But, it hates change. I mean, absolutely hates it. It would prefer almost anything else.

Most people, when they are trying to manifest something they don’t believe in yet, try to force-feed their subconscious mind.
They repeat affirmations dozens of times per day, visualize for 30 minutes, look at their vision board every few minutes, or whatever they feel they have to do to program their subconscious mind to do what they want.
And of course it doesn’t work, because the subconscious mind doesn’t work like that.
Yes, it’s true that repetition is important in programming the subconscious mind, but that’s not the only thing that is important. Repetition alone won’t do much of anything, if it is done in the wrong way.
You have to take a lighter approach with your subconscious mind. You have to realize that it wants to hang on to its resistance. It doesn’t care if letting that go would make you insanely happy: it wants to hold on.
There are ways around this of course. If you learn the anatomy of your resistance, and use that knowledge to your advantage, you could quickly and easily dissolve any piece of resistance that comes up.
