Are you in control of your mind, or is your mind in control of you?
I like to ask myself this question from time to time, especially when I’m feeling stressed or anxious.
If I’m feeling stressed, I know that my mind is in control of me. And if it’s in control of me, I know that I’m creating out of lack, not out of fullness.
How much of your average day do you think your mind is in control of you?
This is never a positive thing, so if this is the case a majority of the time, as it is for most people, then you need to change that ASAP, if you want to create anything remotely positive.
Your ego is absolutely incapable of creating anything positive or desirable. It can only create more stress, anxiety, lack, insecurity, and so forth.
So if you are experiencing any of these things, or any other negative emotion, the solution isn’t to force the Universe to give you some material thing that will make you feel better, the solution is to get control over your mind.
And then once you have control, only then can you create what you truly desire.
But as long as the ego is in control, you will forever be in crisis mode.
So if you’re tired of the endless chain of negativity in your own mind, then it’s time to take control.
