What If You Were Responsible for It All?

I’ve studied quite a bit about a spiritual philosophy called ho’oponopono (you’ve probably heard of it). Anyway the foundation of this philosophy is that you are responsible for everything in your reality— not just your own stuff, but that of others as well.

If someone tells me that they are having money issues, that is now in my reality to deal with, and I have the power to heal that.

It’s something I was skeptical about for a long time, but over time became more and more convinced of it. It has a sort of simplicity about it that strikes me as true. I plan on discussing this idea of 100% responsibility at greater length in the future if there’s interest, as it really does fascinate me.

Recently Elinara and I were out to dinner with my mother, and a family friend. Now my mother is a salesperson, working for only commissions.

For some reason the conversation turned to her job, and we all started talking about how she could easily do it herself without working for her boss. She could easily go out on her own.

She seemed vaguely interested, but sort of made excuses why it wouldn’t work.

Now if you would know my mother, you’d know that she rarely takes action. She gets good ideas (or sometimes horrible ones), but rarely actually acts on them.

So a few days later I had been thinking about her situation. And I figured with my recent success with Manifestation for Hire, it couldn’t hurt to try it out for her.

Now I didn’t tell her this. I didn’t even do a reading. I just applied my skill at influencing her reality without her ever knowing it.

Within 48 hours, she was telling me about an opportunity that came up, which none of us had previously seen, where she could go out on her own, or at least do it on the side.

This opportunity fell into place so quickly, so effortlessly, that she already started implementing it last week and made a good bit of extra money off of it.

so much so that… and I can barely believe this myself… she’s putting in a 30 day notice at work on Monday.

Again, you have no idea how rare this is for her. I can barely fathom it myself, but it’s played out exactly as I described it above.

This, on top of my successes with Manifestation for Hire, has proven to me that I really am responsible for everything that’s in my reality.
