All suffering is a thought. Without thought, no suffering could exist.
The illusion that the mind tells us is that suffering is real. It’s so easy to believe in this illusion— to fall into its trap.
The threats feel real. The possibilities feel real. It feels as though we are not safe.
But it is never the case.
When you examine it— really examine it— you will find that behind all suffering is a thought.
For example, when I thought about my suffering at work, and truly examined it, I found that I was having all sorts of thoughts about the situation that weren’t true.
I thought, “I am stuck.” “I am not good enough.” “They will not be happy with me.” “I have to work hard to prove myself.”
Who am I without these thoughts? I am free. I am happy. I actually enjoy my work.
It’s been truly astonishing to see the transformation, as I’ve been able to work through these thoughts.
And the thing is, these thoughts will not help you to manifest. Being unhappy with your job will not help you to create a better one. Quite the opposite, in fact.
Manifestation is best done when you have dropped all thoughts that create suffering, and enter deeply into the core of who you are.
Next week, I am doing something a bit new. I wanted a place where I can answer all of your questions.
So, I have created a Q&A webinar I’m calling Ask Melektoth.
It’s your chance to ask all of your questions, and have them answered immediately. I may use certain questions for future blog posts as well.
This is not a lecture: I will not be speaking on any particular topic. I am only there to answer questions. So, once the questions end, the webinar will end. Or, we’ll end after an hour, whichever comes first.
It’ll happen next Saturday at 1PM US Eastern. Just click below to register:
