When you focus your mind on a single thought, all of your creative power is brought to bear on creating that thought.Click to tweet
I’m often asked how effortless creation works. How can you make the law of attraction absolutely effortless?
And there is a way, but I’m afraid it’s not as simple as most people would like it to be.
Nonetheless, it is absolutely possible, and if you are diligent with this method, you can do it quickly.
The thing is that it takes time and patience to get to the point where effortless creation is possible.
Your mind is creative. That should already be obvious to you.
But the thing is, you have thousands of thoughts floating through your mind every day. Many of those thoughts are contradictory in nature.
So here’s a basic principle you must realize: your world is a reflection of the sum total of your thinking.
That means, if you visualize your goal in the morning, but several times throughout the day you think about how hard it will be, your reality will reflect the sum total of that to you, meaning you will get conflicting results.
Or, in actuality, you’ll get no results whatsoever. Those resistant thoughts will cancel out the positive visualization. And if there are many negative thoughts, you could even get a negative manifestation.
But you can take this principle even further. If your mind is singularly focused on one thought, and no other thoughts contradict it, then it takes literally no effort at all to create that thing.
You could hold that thought for 5 seconds, or even less, and it would be created almost instantly, in a matter of days, if not hours.
This is the secret behind what I call current level goals.
But, you must make all your goals to be this effortless.
How? By removing those negative thoughts.
See, when you can hold a single thought without contradiction, it’s like dropping a small pebble into a pond. The ripples go out far and wide.
But if you toss a bunch of big rocks into the pond, it’s way too chaotic.
Most people have tons of negative thoughts about their goal, and so they try to make up for that by trying really hard to generate intense emotions. But an intense emotion would be like tossing a large rock into the pond. It’s overkill, and it won’t have the intended result.
If you let go of everything your mind holds in contradiction to your goal, and then simply hold a light, effortless thought about what you want, then the tiniest of pebbles is tossed into the pond of creation, and it comes easily.
So don’t spend your time trying to get the perfect visualization. Yes, I recommend visualizing or affirming your goal daily, but you don’t need to put a ton of effort into that.
Put most of your effort into clearing away the resistance that arises when you think about the goal.
You’ll notice that as you do so, you will feel lighter and lighter about the goal, and it will feel more and more possible to you.
You don’t have to force your goal to feel possible or likely. It is the natural result of all the thoughts being removed which said it was impossible.
By nature, everything is possible, unless your mind says otherwise.
