Your perfect life is out there. The law of attraction guarantees this.
The only question is, how do you reach this perfect life? How do you make it a reality?
This is really just an extension of all the other posts I’ve written about how to create your own reality.
But, now we want to take it to the next level. If we can have anything, then why not have it all?
Why not, indeed. So let’s get into it. 🙂
Everything You Want Is Out There Already
I’ve not discussed this topic too much here on the blog yet, though I’ve wanted to, as I think this is fascinating.
That is, the idea of parallel realities.
Think about the Universe not as one static reality, but as an infinity of realities, any of which you can experience at any given moment.
There’s a reality where you are rich. There’s a reality where you are poor. There’s a reality where you pursued your dream, and one where you did not.
The moment you hold a desire, a reality is generated where you are already enjoying that desire fully.
Imagine you have the desire of a new house. The moment you hold that desire, a version of you is already out there, living in and loving that new house.
That’s why Abraham says that our desires are literally expanding the Universe. Every desire generates another reality, and really multiple realities, because there is a whole spectrum of how you are experiencing that desire.
So, in this way, everything that you want exists right now, out there in the Universe somewhere, in some other reality. Its existence is not theoretical in any way. The only question is how to get into that reality.
This is encouraging, because it means that if it exists already, then you can navigate to the reality where that desire is realized in the best way possible. All you have to do is to learn how to navigate to that reality, which of course is where the law of attraction enters into it.
The law of attraction is really just the art of how to choose the reality you want to experience.
Navigating to a New Reality
So how exactly do you do this?
It’s actually not as hard as it might sound. And, it’s honestly something I’ve discussed repeatedly on this blog.
It is what I call, finding the vibrational essence of your manifestation. And, it is the second step of my manifestation process I teach in the 30-day Law of Attraction Course.
It is to find the feeling place of your manifestation.
It is to change your focus, to something that feels better.
These are the basics of the law of attraction, so you probably already know this step.
But as you are focusing on something, that thing is getting bigger and bigger in your reality.
And as the focus is growing that manifestation, you are quite literally shifting realities. You are shifting to a reality where this thing, the target of your focus, is bigger and more prominent.
I always tell people to ask themselves, “Do I want to create more like what I am focusing on right now?”
You could alter this question to something like, “Do I want to live in a reality where there is more of that which I’m focusing on?”
If the answer is yes, then great! You are creating more of what you want.
But if the answer is no, then you want to reevaluate your approach. You want to change your focus to something that is what you want to see more of in your reality.
So, you have the power to shift to a new reality. And the tool by which you shift your reality is your focus.
Feel the Way Your Manifestation Feels to You
When I say focus, I don’t just mean focusing on the specifics of your manifestation.
A lot of people do this, but miss the most important part: their own emotional guidance system.
This is the way that you know the nature of what you are creating. If you are feeling good, you are creating something wanted. If you are feeling bad, you are creating something unwanted.
There are no exceptions to this rule. There are no good reasons to feel bad. There is never a time you should not feel good.
So you want to ask yourself, “What is the feeling of having this manifestation?”
“What is the feeling of having more money?” “What is the feeling of being in a happy relationship?” “What is the feeling of going on that vacation?”
You get the point.
This is that “vibrational essence” I mentioned above. This is the essence of your desire.
And when you are a match to the essence of your desire, you are a match to the desire itself, and you will shift to a reality where you have that desired manifestation.
I’ve used this technique countless times to get exactly what I want to get in life, from the perfect piano teacher for me, to more coaching clients and students for my courses, to making a new piano piece easier to play, to getting a free gift card recently for one of my favorite restaurants.
You Can Have It All
So if a reality exists out there where you have already achieved your desire, then what if a reality existed where you had achieved all of your desires?
Actually, you are always growing, and therefore always discovering new desires, but the point stands, there must be a reality where your life is perfect.
This is an ever-changing reality. Every time you have a new desire, that perfect reality contains another thing that you have achieved.
We’re getting much bigger, here. Not only are you manifesting your desires one-by-one, but allowing your entire life to be a manifestation of your perfect, most inspired life.
If there are infinite realities, then why shouldn’t this be possible?
Why shouldn’t we dream?
Why shouldn’t we get excited about this possibility?
After all, as I always say, anything is possible.
If anything is possible, then it is possible to live a life where everything is the greatest expression of your highest joy.
And it is possible that the moment you desire something bigger and better, you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that you can get there, effortlessly, and so you do.
It is even possible that before your desire is even inspired, it already comes to fruition in your reality, because you are so connected with the universal flow.
What would this be like? Can you imagine it?
Great! Now, how do you get to that reality?
Feeling Your Perfect Life
It’s honestly not all that different from what I’ve discussed already.
I told you that the secret to getting what you want is to find the vibrational essence of that desire, meaning what other teachers often call finding the “feeling place”.
This is exactly the same, except instead of a single desire, we will find the feeling place of your perfect life.
What would it feel like to be living your best life, in line with your highest joy?
What would it feel like to always have a wide open connection with the universal flow?
What would it be like to have lasting happiness, and not feel in need of anything?
Remember, this is a feeling, not dependent on anything external.
Once you have the feeling, the external stuff will come. But as always, you have to do the work to get that inner feeling before the manifestation can come.
Perhaps you can’t have all the material things right now that you might desire. Perhaps that will take a bit of time.
But, you can absolutely feel your perfect life right now. You can live your perfect life from within.
Once you start to feel it within yourself, then you will shift to that reality that is a vibrational match to that inner reality. That’s how the law of attraction works, and it works every single time, guaranteed.
It takes being willing to feel it now, though.
Why Aren’t You Living Your Perfect Life?
Ask yourself, what is keeping you from living your perfect life right now?
What excuse are you using to feel bad, and therefore keep creating what is unwanted?
You need to find a way to temporarily turn your focus away from current reality, what I often call “what is”, and put your focus on living that perfect life from within.
Yes, things probably aren’t perfect out there in outer reality right now. But, that is because of your focus in the past.
Now you know that this is easily remedied, but only if you stop giving attention to what is. The more you give it your attention, the bigger it will get in your reality.
Be bold enough to create deliberately. Be bold enough to turn your attention only towards that which you want to see in your reality.
If you have a lack of money, for example, it is only a result of your past focus.
Turn your attention away, and choose only to see that which you wish to experience more of.
In that way, it will grow. Perhaps slowly at first, since this is new momentum, but with persistent focus, it will grow faster and faster.
Create Your Perfect Life Journal
This is a great exercise. But, only do this if it feels good to you.
Create a journal, either on paper or in a document on your computer. Label it something like, “My Perfect Life”.
And, feel that feeling of having your perfect life.
Really let yourself feel it for several minutes. You’ll notice it getting stronger.
Now, think about what is in your perfect life. What experiences do you have? What material things do you have? What relationships do you have?
Don’t be afraid to dream. Let yourself really get into it, even if you think some of this isn’t really possible. Just let your imagination go wild.
Write until the ideas run out.
You might have a list of a good 25-30 items, or more.
Now, every day, read through this list, but only when in a relaxed state of mind, when you are feeling pretty good already. Otherwise, this will trigger too much resistance.
Sometimes you’ll be inspired to add new things to the list, or modify existing items. That’s perfectly fine. Let your journal grow organically as the inspiration strikes you.
You’ll find yourself thinking about this more and more, entering that feeling place more and more frequently.
And, this is just the start of your manifestation. You’ll start to see it in your life in greater and greater ways.
But don’t worry about that for now. For now, just have fun with it, and let yourself dream.

I was looking for the post with the podcast where Christine talks about applying to just one college and getting in. That was pretty fab. It reminds me of the College Essay one of the audience members read out to Abe (it is worth listening to if you have not already). So, even without the right qualifications, his daughter was accepted to the school of her dreams.
I wanted to ask about that. I know this is possible. I have seen this time and again where the person does not have the qualifications, yet still makes it to the school, job, etc. So, I gather every inkling of worrying about the process keep us back, right? Every time someone says, “you need this score, this essay, this experience”, and you let them worry you or you get intimidated in some way, keeps you farther from your manifestation.
Please let me know if I am on the right track, because I am in such a situation. I have decided not to make exams grueling for myself and have fun with it, without fretting about the outcome, because not only does it not feel good, but I just can’t stand it anymore. Of course, I am running into less and less such people, which is a good sign, and I am glad for that, thank goodness. I am enjoying the process as much as possible and putting worry aside.
I think that was in the third episode on inspired action, but not positive.
Yes you’re on track. Just make it not such a big deal. Realize that anything is possible, no matter what the circumstances look like.
And also just make peace with it. I’ve mentioned before that I didn’t get into my first choice college, but if I had, I very likely wouldn’t have met Christine, and would probably be in a very different place now.
Sometimes things happen to us that seem bad, but really we are perfectly on track, and the Universe knows how to fulfill the essence of our desire in a better way.
So make peace with it. Feel better about the whole process. And find the feeling place of getting accepted for this school.

What if you have come to understand this and grasp this all pretty well, but you’re still hesitating due to fear? Like, you know that the fear is unnecessary because you determine your entire experience, however what should you do if you’re still worried that perhaps you don’t have that power at all? Do you have any articles about this? I otherwise liked the article and took some notes. 🙂

There are two elements to this:
First, no, you don’t need to believe in it for it to work. I know that goes against common wisdom on the law of attraction, but it’s true.
As children, we never believed or disbelieved. We just happened to apply the principles successfully.
You didn’t need to believe in this in order to manifest the air you breathe, or the food you eat, or the house/apartment you live in. Yet, all these things you have.
All you need to make it work is to apply the principles. I said the same thing on yesterday’s podcast.
I have an entire law of attraction course where I teach these principles, but in essence, the principle is:
Ask yourself if you are feeling good. If yes, keep doing what you’re doing. If no, then find a way to feel better.
That’s about all it is. And, from there, the law of attraction will do its thing.
Yes there are ways to get more deliberate about this, as I mention in the podcast linked above. But, that’s the beginning step.
If you were to just focus on feeling better, moment-by-moment, you’d see amazing results.
But there’s a second part to this as well, as I mentioned above.
And that is, it is telling that you have fear around this. It suggests to me that you aren’t completely at peace with where you are now, and would like to use the law of attraction to change that.
There’s nothing wrong with that. But, it won’t work as intended unless you make peace with what is.
If you were totally okay with where you are now, and then wanted to play with this law of attraction stuff, see how it worked, that’d be the perfect attitude to get it to work as you want it to.
But that fear suggests a bit more forcefulness behind the attempt, which you’ll want to address, first.
Otherwise, my suggestion is to try it with small, inconsequential things. Things that don’t really matter to you either way. With these sorts of things, it is easy to detach sufficiently to get good results, and therefore prove it to yourself.
