Once again, I just want to welcome you to the 5 Day Money Manifesting Challenge. I’m so excited that you are taking this challenge, and can’t wait to see the awesome results you achieve!
If you haven’t already, I invite you to join the Facebook group for this challenge. There you can ask questions, discuss the material, or let us know about your progress.
Today I just want to take care of some basics. A lot of people have misconceptions about the law of attraction, so I want to get some of those out of the way first.
So before we get started, I just need two things from you:
Firstly, be willing to show up 100%. I can teach you the principles, but I can’t do the work for you. I’m giving you the tools you need to create the type of life you want to live, but it is up to you to put those tools to use.
So make the commitment to yourself right now that you’ll show up 100% and put everything I’ll teach you this week to use in your own life.
Secondly, I need you to allow it to work. Have an attitude of openness, curiosity, and playfulness about this whole process. Don’t try to figure it out, or disprove it.
Your mind will want to doubt. That’s what minds do. But you’re the owner of your mind, so make the decision right now that you’ll be in full ownership here and allow the process to work.
Great! Now we can get started.
Your Goal
The first thing we do any time we want to create something specific, is to create a goal statement.
In this challenge we’re starting by intending for $100 or more. If you achieve that before the end of the challenge, we can discuss a bigger goal. Just post in the Facebook group about it.
So we have the what. But now, we want to formulate it into a statement.
A goal statement is just a statement of intent, of whatever it is you want to manifest.
A valid goal statement has a few requirements:
- Phrase it in the present tense.
- Phrase the goal positively, talking about what you want, not what you don’t want.
- The goal should feel realistic and believable.
- Phrase it in as few words as possible, while still getting across exactly what it is you want.
- Be specific, but not limiting.
- Add as much detail as feels comfortable to you, but not more.
- Eliminate the word “want.”
- Use a softer word like “allow”, “choose”, or “intend”.
- State the goal or end result and not the means (how you’re planning to get it).
- Focus on one goal per statement.
So for this challenge, a good goal statement might be:
I choose to receive $100 or more.
You can also use intend or allow, whichever feels best to you.
If it doesn’t bring up too much resistance, you can add a timeframe, as such:
I choose to receive $100 or more by the end of this week.
It will definitely bring up resistance, but that’s a good invitation to learn how to work through resistance.
The Nature of Goals
Now the thing is that once the intention is out there, the Universe has answered it. All desires are immediately and instantaneously answered. So, congratulations! You have created $100.
Now, you need to allow it into your reality, and that’s the remainder of the work we will do this week.
The moment you ask for what you want, it is created, and there is then a gap between where you are now, and the created reality that is not yet realized in physical form.
The thing holding you from bridging that gap instantly is resistance.
That’s why I say resistance is inevitable, especially if a goal is on a higher level than what you’re used to.
So you are an instant creator. You always have been.
But what we need to do this week is to get that thing you have created to materialize into your reality.
How? That will be the topic of the rest of today’s lesson, plus the remaining four days.
Watering the Goal Seed
What is a goal seed?
Well, in a sense, it’s what you just created.
A seed contains the imprint of what it will eventually grow into, once it is planted, watered, and tended for.
So imagine this: the moment you set the intention for $100, the seed of that goal was created and planted.
This seed is very persistent, and will pretty much grow no matter what.
There is one thing that can hold the seed back from growing, which I’ll discuss tomorrow.
But the best way we can help a seed to grow is to water it.
How do you water this goal seed? How do you give it what it needs to grow?
By feeling the essence of your goal.
The essence of the goal is that goal seed. It is the feeling you would have if you had this desire.
So ask yourself, what would it feel like to unexpectedly receive $100?
You don’t have to name the emotions. Just feel the feeling.
Another way of accessing the goal seed is to ask “why”? Why do you want $100? What will you have when you get it?
The only reason we want anything is because what we believe that thing will make us feel. That feeling is the goal seed—the vibration that if focused upon, will cause the goal to manifest quickly.
The trick is having that feeling now, before the goal manifests. It’s what you actually want anyway, and you have the power to give that to yourself NOW.
Then, the manifestation is just icing on the cake, but not needed in the least.
So why do you want this? What will you have when you get it?
Feel that now. Don’t feel it in order to make anything happen; just feel it because you can.
Feel the joy of effortless money, because you can access that now in this moment, and so why wouldn’t you choose to?
Stay in that feeling place as long as is comfortable for you. It doesn’t matter if it’s 60 seconds, or 30 minutes.
That is how you water your goal seed. By feeling the vibrational essence of the goal now, you tune yourself to that vibration, and so you allow the desire to enter your reality.
We’re keeping things quite simple today, but hopefully this makes sense to you. If you have questions, feel free to ask in the Facebook group.
Homework for Day #1
Now here is your homework for day #1 of the challenge:
Simply repeat this exercise at least twice today. Spend as much time as you like on the exercise. You cannot overdo it, so you can do it more than this if you like.
Also, please check in on the Facebook group and let me know how the exercise is going for you. I’ll be checking throughout the day to answer all of your questions.
And just as a reminder, don’t take any action on this goal, unless it is 100% inspired. Just do this process, and allow the magic to happen.
You’re off to a great start! I’ll see you tomorrow for day #2 of the challenge!
